On November 10th we were told by one of the employees Mike who has a poor excuse of a man bun and hoop earring that a “vet tech” In the museum was worried about our dog because of the noise volume. The lady who claimed...More

We visited for a birthday celebration! The girlfriend played pinball games from the year she was born... she also played some of her favorite video games. Food & drinks are available. Price was reasonable. Visit if you can!

It’s amazing that they let you play all the games from modern day to classics. We went on Sunday which is $35 for a group of 4 from 11am to 5pm. Pinball machines range from 1950-2018. They have classic video games like Pac-Man, Donkie Kong,...More

The Silverball has a wide array of, as expected, pinball machines! From vintage to modern day they have different decades and themes represented, and offer two floors with other vintage arcade and air hockey machines as well. There's a modest menu of foods and decent...More

Our three generations ranged in age from 5-66. It's a great idea to charge one price to play and not depend on tokens or dropping in quarters. You don't lose a fortune trying to figure out how to play a game that way. There were...More

Dayna D
Hi There, My name is Dayna and I am the GM here at Silverball Museum. I am sorry to hear of your experience here and would like to offer you a chance to come back on me to see how we can make the experience better. I also see you were here in December and left a 5 star review, I would like to be able to make sure we can live up to the 5 stars again. I do understand your frustration about the games that were down and we are actively working on this for our guests. As you know the games are old and do experience a lot of wear and tear with the amount of use they take daily. We are actively working on alleviating that issue by having more tech support. Myself or the Assistant Manager would always like to be made aware of any issues that arise at the time of happening so we may be able help you as best we can in the moment. I would love for you to come back anytime and ask for me so that we can make your experience better. Thank you again for your feedback and I look forward to hearing from you.
