Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The 2.5-acre park showcases a vast selection of amenities and activities for everyone. It is one of the three parks in the city with access to the beach and a splash pool. Children will surely enjoy the water features and get the chance to explore the Environmental Learning Center. Additionally, there is a walkway that links the park to an active and popular boardwalk area. great spot in Daytona Beach

Nice entry way to the beach and all of the immediate area. You do have to pay for parking but it's not that much, considering what you get. The park is well maintained, is relatively quiet and peaceful and would be a nice place to "work on a tan" (but not in February). Local shops and restaurants surround this location, along with access to the pier, bathrooms and boardwalk. We found it a nice place to spend some time in the sun !

A nice little park, right on the beach. Has a small pay-for-parking lot which is clean and very reasonable! The meter machine gives a choice of 1 hr/ $1.50, 4 hrs/ $5 or 8 hrs/ $10. I got there at 9am on a weekday and there were plenty of parking spaces available.
The parking lot and park were very clean. There are public restrooms here, and they were clean too. Typical cement walls and rusty water, but no trash and no smell.
This area has a nice flat beach, also clean, and plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and an amusement park within easy walking. I spent the day here by myself, and people were friendly but no one bothered me.
The park goes right out to a huge pier with Joe's Crab Shack over the water.

Discovered while walking on the beach late one afternoon. Very happy to find a rest room available and ended up doing some shopping nearby

Offers all the typical tourist shops and food. A bit of a carnival feel. Tons of teens running around during Spring Break but still nice.

I love this park. Its so calming to walk along the boardwalk and sit here. My resort was nearby so I did not have to concern myself with parking or bathrooms (I saw a review that mentioned both were bad). There are also homeless folks all through this area, but none of them harassed me or seemed dangerous. Overall, the ocean distracts from anything negative, to me.

This place is good. My husband and I both had fish. It was fresh and yummy. Great beer selection. Nice range of prices. Service was excellent. If you have a child , there is 3 choices on the menu. At first I thought this might be lacking. But after thinking about it I realized the less choices a kid has the better. My 8 year old had the mac n cheese bites and loved them ! I think the other choice for kids was grilled cheese or chicken tenders. You'll love this place!

Was just a short walk down the beach from the Plaza beach hotel in which I was staying at, the staff was grace’s and very helpful with the choses of food and beverages they had, the view was great from either inside the facility or from there patio on the beach.

This beachside park is located just south of the Main Street Pier on Atlantic Avenue. It is handicapped accessible and family friendly. Kids can enjoy the water features and explore the small Environmental Learning Center. Also available is a walkway that links the park to an active and popular boardwalk area. Park facilities include beach access, volleyball court, splash pad, playground, outdoor showers, bicycle racks, restrooms, and metered off-beach parking. Open from sunrise to sunset and admission is FREE. Great place for the entire family to spend the day!

Well maintained place to stroll alongside the Ocean and read the History markers that talk about Daytona beach. They do allow homeless people to hang out there, which they did not bother anyone so no worries. That is all to say about this place.,
