The owner of the shop help me out two of my three visits to the dive shop last weekend. He was very helpful and friendly. His staff was, also. I went on a manatee snorkel trip with his shop and rented tanks from him to dive other places nearby. The manatee trip was aboard a clean pontoon boat. We saw... More

We really enjoyed our pontoon boat rental. Great advice from the owner and reasonable prices. He told us about a place to see a playful Manatee and it was right on point. The Manatee came up and nibbled on our anchor rope just like he said it would. So incredibly cool.

I was a little hesitant because I had read a couple of not great reviews of this dive center. The price was less expensive than competitors so my husband and I decided to try it. We were not disappointed. We went to two sites. The first site did not yield any sightings and the visibility was not good. The second... More

We arrived at 1;00 for a boat tour of the river to see manatees and even though there were only two of us (some others had cancelled) we set off right on time. We did not want to snorkel and so arranged for a boat tour only. My wife has balance problems and the guys at the shop were really... More

We rented a pontoon boat for the day to go out and snorkel with the manatees. If you are comfortable driving a boat, this is a great option and is much cheaper than hiring a guide. I've done it both ways but now I've rented from Crystal Lodge Dive Center, this is going to be the only way I go.

We booked a tour at 8:00 am and showed up a few minutes early. They took us out even though there were only 2 of us signed up. Our captain, randy, was knowledgeable about both the area and the manatees. We are not morning people but Randy was informative, interesting, and engaging. Our guide, Austin, was also great to have... More

Perhaps it's to be expected, as this is the cheapest shop that will take you out to see manatees for $45, but we arrived 15 minutes before 8am, so we could be ready to see manatees and haul off by 8am. We didn't leave until 9:15am. The 45 minutes with the manatees was great, even though there were only 4... More

We were very pleased with our experience here. A quick video, all our gear given to us to use and a pontoon boat! Super cheap, only$25 an hour for a family!!! We were there one of the busiest weeks of the year so not the best viewing but had a fantastic day!

We booked a scuba intro for our 2 kids, 12 and 14. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rudi the dive instructor was fantastic with our kids. Both kids now wants to get certified, thanks to Rudis good way of teaching. Rudi gave us a snorkle tour when a manatee showed up during the intro. On our way back we stopped... More
