Pier has a little trinket shop about halfway down with cheap beach souvenirs. You have to pay an extra dollar to walk to the end which frankly wasn't worth it. Not sure what the hype was about.

If you are in clearwater you should visit Pier 60. Lots of vendors, great fishing and beautiful sunsets.

The pier is very poorly lit at night, lots of small traders selling their goods, some are great and some are just cheap tat. Nice relaxed atmosphere but nothing to get too excited about

The place was kind of crowded but it was easy to walk along the shore looking for seashells. Found quite a number of nice shells and there were kids playing and famlies enjoying themselves. The only problem is paying for parking which was $3 for...More

There are no restaurants on the Pier but there are many within the area that are in easy walking distance. I recommend Crabbys Dockside which is only a 5-minute walk from Pier 60. Also highly recommend Cooters on... More

I'm not sure it's allowed, they keep the beach and green park immaculate and I didn't seen one person grilling. There's a big hut with coast guards I'm sure that can tell you more.
