We had a great weekend using this service. Tickets good for 24 hours. Rode both south and north routes. Rode after dark to see the beach area at night. Hop on and off at multiple stops. Even stops at the grocery store!

From what I remember, there weren't seat belts so you likely wouldn't be able to buckle a car seat in. The trolly is like a tourist trolly, not a bus. Think wooden two person seats.
