What you are actually choosing is the time of the tour (only two or three are scheduled daily) that you want to attend. There is no restriction for your entry for general admission, but you should allow yourself enough time... More

You should be able to enter the aquarium at anytime before your scheduled events. I wouldn't worry about it too much because it doesn't take that long to see the whole aquarium.

Yes, the Aquarium provides transportation to the museum. Either by boat or bus. The museum has a wonderful gift shop and also a place where children can draw.
