Took the NPS boat ride and took advantage of a 50% discount for having a senior national park card. $20 instead of the $40 paid by other fellow travelers. Think the trip took 5-6 hours with a 2 hour stop for lunch @ Kettle Falls...More

Beautiful lake and great fishing. There are islands throughout the lake and almost total wilderness.

Fishing was great. Walleye and Crappie--worked the shore with live bait. Wildlife viewing --fowl, deer, small game.
