I've been to this inlet several times in the past year. It is exciting to watch boats sail in and out of the inlet. The waters are gushing and I get a sense of being on vacation every time I go there.

Finishing the day watching the fishermen and pelicans as the sun sets in this venue is nice for all. There is a small beach area and playground for children but many picnic tables in the shade to enjoy a sandwich or snacks as adults also

Lots of boat traffic. Places to eat. Nowhere to park. Manatees can sometimes be seen here. Surrounded by apartments & condos.

There is great fishing off the inlet here and the beaches are beautiful. The south side of inlet get more waves from the beach so recommend the north side, but south side does have a lifeguard! Get there early if you want parking!

This is a popular place for picnics. There are four pavillions with picnic tables and grills right next to the intercoastal waterway. There is also a small beach for wading while watching boats at the marina. Nice for family gatherings but be there early to...More
