The turquoise water is so pretty...but was a little disappointed that there was so much debri on the sand. There is very little sand to begin with and with all the sea gunk washed up on shore there is little room for kids to play in sand. You have to pay per person to get onto park grounds and so... We visited at the beginning of our spring break before the cool front hit. Our kids loved it and we would've come back during the week if it hadn't turned so chilly. We found all kinds of sea life: conchs, starfish, sea dragon, hermit crabs! We will definitely come back another time!

The park is pristine - beaches are lovely, lots of great beach hiking and beautifully kept by an army of park volunteers and rangers who do a terrific job! The snorkel trip that we experienced was quite a different story - the captain was abrupt with everyone and added little to experiencing the beautiful Looe Key Reef. He answered questions... More

Much to our surprise the Bahia Honda beach was a real treat . Set out to just have a lazy day on the beach , and when we arrived we found out that it's much much more . Worth the trip !!!

Went with my wife and brought our dogs to go on a nice walk through the park to check it out. After reading other reviews our expectations were high. This park exceeded our expectations. They had a couple different short trails and on one you could walk up to the old railroad bridge giving you a fantastic view. We had... More

Spent a few hours at this state park. Well kept. Has information on the Flagler railroad and area. The north beach is the best beach there. They have a snack and gift shop there. We purchased food that was good. The food staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Way Beyond what you would typically expect. They seemed to love there... More

Our family enjoyed this park more than any other beach or attraction while in the Keys!! While snorkeling we saw some cool fish, queen conch, and a lobster! For $8 you can not find a better wholesome place to spend the day with your family. All facilities are clean and in proper functioning condition.

The view from the bridge is worth stopping for, it was gorgeous. We tried the little nature center, it's pretty small. Beautiful park.
