Golf course had potential...a long time ago. Greens in terrible shape, they didn't even put in the flags! Carts are old, no full windshield, or rain cover for clubs. Disappointed, this will be the only g c we play in DE, and didn't even have logo balls. Breakfast was good!

Many of the greens are so so bumpy that you can't hardly putt. The course is being let sag because it's been sold. Way to expensive ($49 to ride) for the money.

I play this course by myself just about every trip to the beach. Layout is nice, conditions average for a muni-type venue, price relatively cheap for the beach, and usually not overly crowded. Good course to leisurely walk - particularly in afternoons. Most holes feature flat terrain though some tightly wind through large shady tree groves. Not a resort course... More

This course was the worst course i have ever played. Poorly maintained. For the price i payed we played the rookery north for the same price and its 5 times nicer.

Went on a golf weekend with some friends and this was one of three courses we played. This course has the potential to be a great course but it is barely maintained. The tee boxes had high grass where there was grass and plenty of area without grass. The greens were like the fringes at the other courses we played.... More

The owners allowed our group to hold our meetings there. The people who work there were extremely friendly. The lunch they served was very good.

We were able to get a morning tee time on a holiday weekend (4th of July). We teed off on time. Our cart had a gearbox problem, and didn't want to drive off from a stop. There was no beverage service on the course, and there are no adult beverages in the clubhouse. For a simple round of golf, not... More

Easy to get on, friendly people, inexpensive. But, "you get what you pay for." Greens conditions in August were poor (more like fairways on better courses.) Few bunkers, but many trees. Still, a fair outing in a congested beach area.

Old Landing is a links type course with numerous tight fairways and small greens. Although not long, you will use all the clubs in your bag. It is kept in good condition, but don't expect fairways and greens of the expensive, top-notch courses. A great value!
