This "State Park" was basically a parking lot full of RV's with a small grass area for tent campers. It was $30/night for tent camping and $38/night for the RV's!!!! There is a private beach across the highway which was nice.

Yes you can. Once you buy a ticket it is good for the day in any park. So go get lunch and come back. Although, there really are not nearby reasonable lunch places. You might want to use snack bar near trailer park, or just... More
