Lovely nature reserve with trails right next door, so you can walk the beach, walk the fields looking at the water, sit and watch the boats come and go from the marina, or go walk the nature trails on the other side.

I believe you need a Connecticut fishing license to fish.

It is free to just walk in, only have to pay if you drive in and park a car, the fee is $20 or $25 for the day I believe
