The Stamford Museum is the same but better than it was 40 years ago. Animals, nature, discoveries, and family. All in your backyard. The terrain is the same, the expositions change over time. Its a North Stamford haven, not only for locals, but for anyone who wants to escape from the grind of the world and be in nature and... More

A lovely place if you need some peace. Lots of species of plants and animals. Reasonably kid-friendly.

I stayed here with my kids, they are 5, 7 years old. They could see some animals, and especially, they love to play at playground. I am very enjoyed this place too. It was good place to walk out too

What a great place to take the kids to learn about nature and have fun, too. There were lots of farm animals, walking trails, and a playground, so anyone with little kids will love this place to let off some energy outside. Also, there are seasonal indoor exhibits, which are always interesting. The staff there is very knowledgeable. You're sure... More

This place is great!! I saw a Groupon for this place and noticed that it was only a 40 minute drive from the Bronx. I did some more research and saw tons of great reviews. After looking at the website and seeing all that was available including the current Lego Superheroes Exhibit which my little guy (and me) absolutely love,... More

During school vacations the exhibits are geared towards children. Parking is plentiful. No food onsite, but plenty of restaurants down the road. You can bring food in... More
