Cute little cemetery serves as a vestige of the earlier East Norwalk settlement. Home to the final resting place of "Yankee Doodle". Gate sometimes contains informational brochures, but not always. Pretty spot.

So fantastic that this place exists. It is NOT a tourist attraction so you must be self-motivated, perhaps by an interest in History or folk art.

Lots of history here, and geese. I was here early one morning and spent about a half hour roaming around the markers. At one edge of the cemetery I encountered this family of Canada Geese. Norwalk is an interesting city. See photos.

I took my boys and it was very cool to see these very old tomb stones. I tried to look up information about some of the people buried there and came up with nothing. There was one grave marker that had 3 kids all under the age of 10 who died.
