Was going to visit yesterday, to buy cider, and show my Lady Friend from Fairfield Ct, the beauty of an old cider mill, gift shop, and store to buy home made donuts, and gallon of cider, where they fill a gallon bottle from on on tap spigot. I used to bring my children, and Grand Children here to observe in... More

A must see experience if you come to mystic in the fall. The cider mill is run by an old steam engine with flat belts and open wheels a real window on how live was over a hundred years ago. There is also a country store selling cider donuts and home made jams and sauces. They even have hard cider available.

Clydes is a fun place for kids to see a cider press in action, eat a donut and have a cup of cider. The press is interesting and worth a visit. Prices are a bit too steep for me.

Going to Clyde's is an amazing Fall tradition. Cider slushies, apple cider donuts, and even hard cider (which is actually too strong for me). Love seeing the press in action and smelling the cider. Long lines on the weekend, and great for kids.

I've been coming to B.F. Clyde's Cider Mill ever since I was kid. Now I can bring my kids. And of course, now several years North of 21, I can enjoy their hard cider. Their choice of hard ciders is unparalleled. Once you try it you will never again want a store bought Cider. The variety ranges from whiskey flavors... More

A nice thing to do on a fall day. You get yo see the apple presses and the process of making cider plus sampling the many different ciders.

Went during a week-end celebration event and stood in line for almost an hour to buy cider donuts and fresh cider - would do it again! Cider was the sweetest I have ever had and the cider donuts were excellent (I know, I ate three). Parking was an issue with so many people attending since it was a special event.... More

This was a quick little side trip right outside of Mystic. The cider was good and the donuts were still warm & delicious. The wine tasting was fun with so many interesting choices.

Mulled cider is the best! Apple cinnamon donuts are the bomb. The cider press is open to look at so we always step in to peek. Always friendly staff with incredible atmosphere. We love this place! A real gem!

My husband and I had spent the evening at Foxwoods but stayed overnight in Mystic. I had heard about the cider mill by the reservation person at Foxwoods and decided to check it out the following morning. There were a few vendors selling different products - olive oil, cheeses, barbeque sauces. The actual cider mill was very interesting. There was... More
