Wickham park is one of the best park in Hartford-Manchester locality. Beautiful garden, lots of place for picnic (for pavilion , please contact park early and book) or bring your own food , relax and njoy. There is a small nature center with live birds....More

Wonderful Surprise. Acres of land. Bring lunch, equipment to play sports or hiking shoes. Animals for the children, small educational areas (sensory garden !), Irish garden and lots of grounds to walk! Cant wait to return 😃

There is so much to see At Wickham Park that you could stroll through all the gardens and enjoy the picnic area for an entire day!

Stopped by here on a whim and I’m glad I did! There are many gardens and things to see. Everything was beautifully maintained. There is a $5 entrance fee for CT residents on weekdays.

There is relaxing garden walks with koi ponds and open fields surrounded by forest to enjoy. There are also tennis courts and volleyball pits for some active "relaxing" as well. A good sized place if you just want to relax or participate in some sports.

Yes but the dogs have to be on a leash and you have to pick up after them. Also don't think they are allowed in the bird area.
