I haven't been here since the Whalers were playing at the Civic Center. The building is nice and it's easy to get a ticket online for the Wolfpack who are the AHL affiliate of the NY Rangers. From entering and going through security to going...More

We saw the Eagles here on October 6th 2018. Great venue. Well organised. Drinks were a bit pricy tho. Food? Bad news if you don't eat meat/poultry or are dairy intolerant...vegans/vegetarians bring your own coz there's nothing for you. Exiting the venue was so smooth...More

Sad to write a negative review for a place that I had so many fond memories in as a kid, growing up(Whalers Games, Concerts, etc.)....however, attended a nearly sold out show by Def Leopard and Journey...and having walked in here as an adult now...15 years...More

The tickets were a birthday gift for my sister from her daughter. The seats were way up in section 213 row FF. Stairs are incredibly steep and view was not great. We attempted to sit in the next section over that was empty but got...More

We go here almost weekly to attend Wolf Pack games. The place recently got a metal detector, which makes us feel a lot more comfortable. Very good security, always clean. A nice place to see sports or shows.

UNimpressed! Lines to get in were long, once inside there were MANY unused metal detectors around the concourse. No ushers helping people find sections or seats. I'm used to ushers at the top of each section telling you which side you seats are on, how...More

We went recently for the Disney on Ice show. The XL Center is easy to get to from the highway, and parking is plentiful. Two garages are connected to the Center. Even with the new security measures, easy to get into. Any seat would have...More

I know that the XL center is dated and in need of some upgrades, but we are always satisfied with our experience when we go there. Aside from the ridiculous lines at the ladies' rooms during half time, this is a decent facility that offers...More

Visited tonight with some of our team. The place is in such bad shape the kids were like UConn plays here? I would never pay for suites as the area they are in is like a bad 70’s office building. Looking around the arena seats...More

You should have decent visibility from most of the arena (lower bowl and side sections of upper bowl). Of course it may be tough to see from the nosebleeds, especially if you’re in the corners.
