Went to see The Nutcracker which was an accomplished amateur performance. The theatre seats were comfortable and the volunteer helpers were very efficient in their various roles . There were good refreshment outlets and the security was efficient but not intrusive . I did find...More

While this show was...blah, the venue is great. It doesn’t matter where you sit, it’s all good! Very comfortable. One can buy liquor to take to your seat. It’s a nice, classy venue with free parking. I obviously highly recommend it!

We attend Bushnell events 3-4 times a year either as a couple or with the kids (ex.Lion King or symphony). Fantastic, historical venue, beautiful architecture and easy to get to. The Bushnell staff handled the limited run of the upcoming Hamilton tickets availability wonderfully.

My family has seen a number of shows here. Each time I'm impressed by the sound. The acoustics in the building are amazing. All seats have a great view of the stage, but I'm a tall person and I find the seats close together and...More

I wanted to write a review of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, which plays at this venue. Unfortunately, HSO does not have its own listing, so hence this review. The symphony is first rate, and it would be great to see more support from the community....More

The Hartford Symphony truly impressed us recently when performing Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition." At almost 100 strong, the Symphony creates a most wonderful sound. All sections came through perfectly and filled the concert hall with majestic Russian music. I will return to the Bushnell...More

I recently attended the Lion King, with family. I can't tell you how impressed we all were with the performance. We were lucky enough to have great seats. Only downside as with every event was the cost of the concession stand. Really, 4.00 for a...More

I sit in the front mexzanine section. The balcony seats might be difficult for young children to see, but mezzanine is not bad. You are a but higher up, so they will see everything. The Bushnell is a great experience!

I'd park right across the street. In a crowded day, park in the far side of the lot, nose out, and exit in the opposite side. If not crowded, then park as close as possible, still nose out. If money's not an issue, then... More
