I'm not sure if they've made enhancements over the years, but this place was much better than I remembered from a visit about 5-7 years ago. It's a great place to take young kids for a fairly good value. We didn't visit the museum but...More

Took grandsons here today and had a great time. The safari loop was meh, but everything else was quite good. Museum had a very large collection of mounted exotic animals very well presented and with informative signage. The side room with hands on displays were...More

After arriving @ around 11 we had to let our toddler loose at the amazing playground they have. Everything is super clean and in great condition. Afterwords we checked out the museum and the store before heading into the wild. The place is much bigger...More

I had high hops for our visit but was disappointed. First there is no need to by the animal feed since the animals are already eating the same thing. The roads to travel through the park have some serious pot holes so unless you have...More

Hadn't been in several years. Brought my grand-daughter and she enjoyed it. From an adult perspective it could use some TLC! She really loved bottle feeding the goats! Drive through didn't have too much but then saw a big herd of white tails which was...More

Great hidden treasure in Goshen Connecticut. They have tons of animals from bison, ostriches, elk, zebras, antelope, ostriches, water buffalo, deer, and much much more. Once you've finished your adventure you can stop into the discovery center which has many animal dioramas, an extensive gift...More

I was here with family and friends last weekend. It costs $10/pp, plus $5 if you want grain (food) to feed the animals, which I recommend getting. The safari is drive through, but you can get out and walk around. They have hundreds of animals,...More

Pastured in a former dairy farm, herds of animals from six continents roam, feed and interact in a natural environment. This is not a "zoo" in a traditional sense. There is no attempt to have a "Noah's ark" variety of display, there are no predators,...More

We went as a joke with our good friends, but ended up unexpectedly enjoying our afternoon at Action Wildlife. After a really long explanation of our different options to tour the park from the verbose gate attendant, we opted to go to the visitors center...More

Who would not love to pet and feed a zebra? We had a great time walking around enjoying the animals and seeing them in a close to natural environment. The little petting zoo where you can bottle feed the baby animals is adorable.
