Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very nice place. Makes Sky Zone and other trampoline parks look like a thing of the past! Friday and Saturday I like the place to be! Music playing. Lots of pre teens & Teens... Thrillz is Kool. The obstacle courses are kinda challenging. If you happen to pay the extra $8 for the JUMPZ park It nice, dim lit, music playing as well. Toddlers and small children will LOVE IT! THRILLZ park is more for Pre-teens and Teens... they have Lazer tag and a few other virtual games. It's worth the money.

Attempted to go last night (2/20/21) for some axe throwing. Online it clearly says no reservations unless in a large group for this activity....there was only 2 of us. We walked in and the person at the front desk immediately, and rudely, said we needed reservations. I explained that online it said we did NOT and they insisted that we did, they were booked all night, and could not take us. We ONLY wanted to throw axes, not do any of the other activities that actually required a reservation. The only reason we came here was to avoid driving to Oxford Axe Throwing and to stay local. Well, next time we want to do this we’ll just suck it up and drive the 25 minutes to do so. Beyond crappy customer service. Do not recommend!

We’ve been here a few times and my son wanted his 12th birthday party here . But asked for longer than 2 hours so we added on an extra hour (totally worth it as the kids still didn’t want to leave). They all had an AMAZING time and all are asking when we can go back again. Plus the party hosts were amazing, as was everyone else I dealt with from beginning to end. And a huge thank you to Joel as he was awesome!

We booked the "Best of Both Worlds" party for my daughter, and I was very impressed with the staff and facility. The man who ran the party check in area was helpful and attentive. We had some waiver issues, and he set up a computer just for our group to use to expedite the process. Our party host, Heather, was thoughtful and organized. She took care of every detail for my husband and I so we could enjoy the party. Heather was engaged with the kids, and she made sure everyone was safe and together through the whole event. Finally, I want to compliment the manager. He saw a situation where the little sister of one of our guests was crying. He stepped in immediately and solved the problem with grace. An excellent experience- we will be back.

Been here a few times for parties and the staff is so accommodating. The kids LOVE the climbing, jumping and zip-lines, and BEST of all, the Moms all loved to space (not too crowded) and the cleanliness! Would come back here again...

An awesome place for kids to get out their energy and have fun. Awesome jumping and climbing experience. It’s best for ages 12 and under. This is our second time coming. My 14 year said he’s outgrown it yet my 11 year old is purely entertained. Virtual reality very cool but is an additional cost. Lots of seating for parents to relax and read in club chairs. If you want to tune out the noise just bring head phones. I also brought in my own water bottles to save money on drinks. This was not frowned down upon. I’m addition to fun, Bounce is connected to Thrillz. Kids can toggle back and forth. I’m sure at a few for both establishments.
