Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Brought my niece here for a special treat. There was a choice of pottery, glass fusing, candle making or soap making. We chose pottery. They have lots of molds and several examples to get your creativity sparked. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. Just know that its a bit pricey and it takes a week to get your pottery back.

Pottery Factory offers bottle and brush nights where you can take a class and paint pictures with friends while drinking wine. Also pottery and ceramics classes too. Great for adults and for kids. Love the staff and atmosphere.

A suboptimal experience at the Pottery Factory! A group of 8 adults was given 4 pairs of scissors, 4 transfer sheets and 6 stencils. Each person should have been supplied with the necessary materials for the "Autumn Blessings" tray. This was not the case and resulted in waiting and frustration. This, coupled with the improperly mixed paint with additive by Amanda, caused the inadequate transfer to the pottery.
P.S. Not an inexpensive project, either ($35. each).
Would not sign up for a repeat of this poor experience.

Oustanding place to bring the children. They have sany kind of ceramic you can thinkof...from Suoer hero's to generic pot. And they have one of the most helpful staffs you can imagine. If you have a good imagination, they have the piece for you. We take our grandkids there for asll their biorthdays and the things they make are remarkable. I recommend a day at the Pottery Factory anytime!

It's a fun place to relax with a project, gab with girlfriends or create a unique handmade gift. The staff is so helpful and the cork and canvas instructors are fantastic!

Thank you to Kirsten for helping us un-artistic birthday celebrators paint a Summer Sonata. Kirsten was super sweet and patient and allowed us to enjoy ourselves.Would have given it a 5 if the other employee on was as pleasant as Kirsten but we are looking forward to our next painting!
