This center has a good variation of displays from complete fossils to reconstructions. The aquatic section has lots of different displays. Not many hands on displays though. Good gift shop and they have a military discount.

Outstanding job by the museum's guide (Crystal) who made the fossils of the past come alive over a fact-packed hour tour. Excellent collection of exhibits, fun for all ages, great look into the paleontology lab facility. Great view of Pikes Peak from the parking lot...More

This is the place to go if you do not have the time to visit Dinosaur National Monument or the Field Museum in Chicago for your junior paleontologist.

The grandchildren LOVE the Dinosaur Resource Center. Nearly every visit to Grandma's house includes a trip to Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center; they absolutely love it. The exhibits are fantastic: some dinosaurs hang from the ceilings, some are in displays--so very life like. There are...More

We visited with my Daughter and 2 grandchildren. It is very interesting and my grandson (7) loved looking at the dinosaurs. I thought it was pretty pricey for what there is to see. We did not take the tour and maybe we should have? Not...More

Admission is $11.50 for adults, $7.50 for kids 5-12, and under 5 free. Discounts for military and seniors too. I highly recommend taking the guided tour.
