They did a great job meeting our requirements for finding a winter hiking trail. We did the Creekside and Flume trails which was beautiful.

You'll find not only a nice place to rent your gear, but also nice restaurants like a creperie, fire pits and charming tiny stores.

We stopped in for some local info, and found a lot of material, but the lady working the counter never even spoke to us. Fortunately, we found what we were looking for on our own.

Every time I have been there to pick up tickets or maps, the staff is very helpful. We also exchange info as the staff is always curious about areas that they haven't biked or hiked yet.

Winter Park is wonderful town and the visitor center is helpful. The website however is not. The information is sometimes incorrect and when they have links to more information, they often don't open anything. Please work on this.

Convenient, but the staff seemed more interested in their conversations and smart phones. The literature was great and the trails were all marked on the maps.
