I've lived nearby for years and didn't know this existed. While staying at the Westin I stumbled upon the trail and ran/walked on it every day. It extends for quite some ways, you can easily get a workout running or walking. Cyclists are courteous and...More

We walked this trail from our hotel in Church Ranch area. It's great! Many improvements that made our walk enjoyable. Love the murals painted on under passes.

This trail is nice enough for walking for exercise, although as east coast residents, we don't see beauty in this dry, brown high-plains environment. Maybe there are wildflowers at some times of the year, but we have only visited Denver in the winter and in...More

This multi-use trail is well marked - a combination of paved and unpaved (fines). Pretty well marked (but you can lose the trail, so keep a map handy) and maintained. I use it regularly to go from Standley Lake to get to I36 Bikeway. Not...More

Great Trail for walking, biking, etc. Just be careful. I see coyotes weekly, more so in the morning and closer to the library.

We were visiting friends on vacation and I went out on this trail daily for runs. It is well built and well traveled. A nice surprise while on vacation!

Was here for a marathon. The trail is nice. About a 50/50 mix of concrete and dirt/gravel. Great views. Lots of wildlife. Saw ducks, prairie dogs, great blue heron, lots of birds, etc.

Was able to take advantage of this terrific trail due to adjacent hotel accommodations. Colorado has a fantastic trail and open space system that should be copied nationally. Our Midwestern family will miss it.

We are lucky because we live directly behind Big Dry Creek, we love walking, running or biking this trail - it is a mix of concrete and gravel so biking can occasionally get slippery with thin bike tires. The trail does take you west to...More
