We went for a 2 hour ski on a Sunday when new snow was falling. The woman at the front desk was in a (?perpetually) bad mood. When I asked if she could tell me about the trails she snapped back, “What do you want...More

The trails are meticulously groomed. For snowshoeing, it's pretty flat and it's up to you how many loops you wish to do. This Nordic center comes alive in the winter over the golf course. The trail takes you by Memorial Park and a couple of...More

This was our first experience with cross country skiing and we were more than disappointed with the overall experience. We explained we were newbies and didn't get much help at all, other than our gear and then out the door. The area isn't that impressive...More

Hello, thank you for your review and I'm really sorry about your experience. Our Nordic Center staff prides ourselves on outstanding customer service, and our rental staff try very hard to accommodate new skiers with a quick orientation to the equipment, free trail maps and...More

Visited for an afternoon of cross country skiing. $10.00! What? In Vail? I know, seems like it costs $10.00 to breathe the air here! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Miles and miles of groomed trails. It is in the valley and follows along...More

Great place to snow shoe and cross country ski. Friendly staff, excellent facility, good rental equipment. Trails clearly marked. Spent 3 days here. Hot chocolate upstairs afterwards. Not overly expensive. No senior discounts.

The longe is great! Heated seat while you change, very nice people there. Plenty of room, so you don’t seat on other people’s head while trying on boots. Experience once you get outside is another matter: 1) Classic skiers feel like second class citizens. Tracks...More

Truly a great alternative to have in the heart of downhill ski country! They offer a very nice nordic shop, rentals, and trails. We snowshoed and fat-biked at this facility and enjoyed both activities immensely. Very well run with courteous staff.
