Great location and for different skill levels. It wasn't packed at all when we went in late March and had quick access to the lifts.

Fantastic mountain with the best back bowl terrain in the US! Service is fantastic all over the mountain. Terrific dining options from quick wraps to fine dining. Highly recommend but avoid peak season for best experience.

The variety of trails is fantastic, steep runs, back bowls, and plenty of groomers. Although expensive, the experience is worth it. If you are going to ski for 5 or more days, consider the Epic pass.

Wonderful views of the mountains! So much to do for families and for hikers in the Summer. This is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!

I love Vail, and this was our second visit. But, $46 for 3 sandwiches (which weren't that good) and fries is a bit much. We enjoyed the gondola ride and the views from the top of the mountain but it sure does gouge your pocketbook.

This place lives up to all the Hype!! Really good variety of terrain for all ski levels. Try to get to the back bowls on good powder day for some of the best POW you will ever ski!

I spent the week of the 4th of July with my family in Vail and we overall had a good time. I think not being extremely adventurous people held back some of the excitement. But we came here to relax and take in the scenery...More

This is one fabulous ski area. So expansive and so much variety. We've skied it twice now. The fist time with no new snow and sunshine all the way and so focussed on the groomers. Some real thigh-burners. This year we were blessed with so...More

Temperatures in the 50's will not melt all the snow. Hopefully the lows will be in the 30's. The top of the mountain is 11,500 above sea level so it will be colder there than in town or at the base. Toward the end of the... More

Double Diamond, Skibase, Vail Sports are all within 100 yards of the gondola. But remember - this is Vail; it ain't cheap! Look online and in the village booklets for offers.
