We have stopped here a few times on the way to the Rockies. It is a quit stop where you can experience the plains and enjoy the lake. Beautiful sun sets and sunrise . Lots of birds so enjoy.

This has been my favorite boating lake for over a decade. It has great coves, rarely busy and cleaner water than most other lakes.

This little gem is north of town a ways, but well worth the drive and your time. Lots of fishing, boating, and swimming.
