Just left the museum and I loved it so much that I felt compelled to immediately leave a review. This museum is very well done. The staff was great, and the two gentlemen working the counter today 6-7-17, couldn't have been nicer. Thank you gentleman...More

Very interesting. Well worth a trip out to the airport to visit this museum. I found it here on tripadvisor and am happy that I did. There is a nominal admission charge to enter the museum of $9 which I was happy to pay. The...More

Look f with this airport. or special events! For a (small)? airport it is really an underrated attraction when they have special events. Few people know about the history of this Airport. You and your family would truly be impressed. Although Co. Springs Airport is...More

I was skeptical about spending the afternoon at this museum as I'm not a huge fan of aircraft. I'm super glad my husband wanted to visit it. We spent over 2 hours there and could have stayed longer (they were closing.) The displays are diverse,...More

Visited because of the reviews posted on tripadvisor and it was worth the short drive and few dollars for admission. Staff from the helpful front desk to a couple guys working on the P-38 were friendly; more like going to a good neighbor's house than...More

This museum is growing and contains many static displays of rare and historic aircraft. The museum has expanded to 2 hangars and has enough aircraft for three if it could just get funding to build the third. Aircraft displays range from WW-I era biplanes to...More

Excellent warbird air museum. Don't miss this if you are in the Pueblo area. Saw the sign on the road and decided to stop and take a look. There were two big hangars with planes, choppers, and assorted memorabilia relating to military aircraft. A few...More

We take any visitors who come through to this museum. Wide range of aircraft, some quite rare, plus a B-29! Inside and outside displays, most you can walk through and interact with. A great day out and the staff are vets who more often than...More

Planning a loop road trip Denver - Albuquerque - S Utah - Denver with my wife from about 7 - 30 Sept 2015, primarily to cover the Pueblos & Canyon lands. But I am interested in other things ie old aircraft. Having earmarked the National Museum of World War II Aviation at Colorado springs, I now come across this aircraft museum - just down the road! Now getting my wife to see one aircraft museum is hard work - but 2 - so close together!! Which is better? is it worth seeing both? How could I convince my wife both are worth visiting? Help, please! Thanks Richard
