We walked through the river walk and historic area this morning. Did not have a chance to experience the nightlife however, what a great insight from the city. It was build starting in 2000 and it draws people to downtown. A great lesson for other...More

This is a nice man made stroll along a damned up river. About one mile around. Some bars and restaurants along the way. Well done walk path but not exceptional. However, it is worth the time if nearby.

We walked here in the late afternoon, early evening. Lovely. Families and couples of all ages were enjoying the evening breeze and the quiet views of the river. Ordered a sandwich at Grahams Grill (it was delicious) and watched people stroll by as we ate...More

The energy was absolutely superb - the food was great, the scenery pretty, clean, and the servers in the restaurants and the townspeople were adorable. I plan to go back often.

This is a good place to take a relaxing walk, take the dogs for a walk or jog. To people watch or have lunch on the lawn. During the summer live bands on weekends.

Decent places to eat, live music on occasion, and a boat ride the little kids will love. They have also had the farmers market there a few times, so if you are looking for fresh veg in the summer, this is a great place to...More

Pueblo has done a great job downtown of making this a place to frequent. Try out one of the coffee shops or the brewery, stroll and people watch, and enjoy the way they have maintained a connection with the areas history/roots.

We went to the Riverwalk to relax on this warm day. We've been here before in the evening, but this took in the shade under the sun. We sat along the river on one of the many benches that are scattered along the entire walk....More

It's more like a tad over 1 mile, and you can easily shorten it in several places by going up a sloping walkway onto an overpass or bridge. The 5-mile loop you're looking may be the Arkansas River Trail which is a different... More

Hi Sherry O, there are no shops on the actual walk, only restaurants. If you go on to S.Union Street, there are lots of very eclectic shops and some nice coffee shops😊
