When you first get to Plum Creek Winery, I hope you are as impressed with the outside art (by local artist Lyle Nichols) as I am. The huge horse (look closely and you will see the trowels and other tools used to make it), the rooster and the sculpture of the metal balls are all amazing. But, don't let that... More

I enjoy going to this winery, it has many different types of grape wines. The dryer the better in my opinion.:) It also has some very unique gifts for all occasions.

After visiting the winery looking back I remember the smile the lady had doing the wine tasting with us and you could tell she really loved the people that came in and her job. The wine was great.:)

Love the wineries in Palisade! One caution, as you come off the freeway into town it is a SPEED TRAP, the road that enter onto immediately turns to 25 mph, and there is a cop waiting to catch you coming off the freeway right into a residential area. Great way for this town to make a few dollars, to unsuspecting... More

First stop for wine tasting! Very friendly staff, everyone seemed to be having a lot of fun. Wines were very good. Friends that we were with bought several bottles to take home. I would highly recommend stopping here.

Toured the winery, and enjoyed tasting their most popular wines. The wine maker provided interesting and detailed information about the challenges of growing grapes in Colorado and about the wine making process. Very interesting! I particularly liked the semi sweet white wine, which is delicious without being too sweet.

Like most of the wines in this area, these wines are usually pretty fruit forward. Most of the wines at this winery fit that description and are starting to be over-priced, but they still produce interesting picnic wines and dessert wines. And occasionally their reserve red will be good, so I always stop to check those out. The tasting room... More

Dani was our very attentive and knowledgeable server. The shop has a very large selection of varieties and vintages. Walked out with more than a few bottles!

Very cute winery, but this is the second year having gone there, first time for our friends, and not only do they not have the types of wines I typically like, the wine they do offer for tasting is definitely not to my liking. I know that everyone is different, so there are probably many people who love their wine,... More

This is a pretty big tasting room/shop. There are a lot of cute things to buy and the wines were very good.
