If you like sweet wines and fruit wines this would be the place for you. I personally don't care for really sweet wines so was not my favorite. When we were there you were able to get 5 complimentary wine tastings. They also have honey wines which made a nice gift.

The lady that was giving us our tasting was rude, short and curt. She might have some things going on in her life, but she should not have been at work that day. I did like one of their wines and some of their mustards, but would not purchase them because of her. I am glad this was not the... More

Great selection of wine that is sampled in a very friendly atmosphere. We visited on a Wednesday so there was not a crowd. As a matter of fact the door was locked by a sign told us to ring the bell and hold the button for 3 seconds. Fun from the start. Patty the owner created us and served us... More

Our second year in a row in Palisade and this is still my favorite. Their 2012 Syrah is exceptional. Although I was told last year that they were almost out, they clearly still have plenty. Thankfully they distribute to Colorado Springs. Their fruit wines are very good also. They also have a good 'port'. This year I focused more on... More

This was the first winery that we visited in Palisade. It is a bit out of the way. It is south of town off a short gravel road. They allow you to do self tasting from a line of wines on tap. You are told to limit yourself to six. I believe there were about 12 to choose from. Since... More

We liked and didn't like a few things here. Really liked: the self pour tastings (like a water cooler but a line up of wines) Really didn't like: we were offered and accepted tastings, but we're not told there was a $7.50 charge for them. You get it back if you buy a bottle (most are $15 - $20) but... More

Of the six wineries I visited in Palisade this was by far my favorite. They have a large and varied selection of wines. I loved their Eclipse wine. The hostess was personable and made the experience informative and fun. This will be my first stop the next time I am in Palisade.

My husband & I stopped at this winery after having a bad experience at another winery and were very happy we stopped. The woman conducting the wine tasting was very nice and helpful, the wines were very good and the place itself was very cool. I would recommend this winery for anyone looking to do a little wine tasting. (It... More
