A family-friendly hot springs resort in the heart of Pagosa Springs Colorado. Offering 23 individual soaking pools of varying temperatures terraced along the banks of the beautiful San Juan River. 100% naturally therapeutic mineral water. All our pools are fed by the Guinness record holder for the World's Deepest Geothermal Hot Spring. Included are a swimming pool, wading pool for the tots, waterfall and jetted tubs. Our Bath House is open to the public year-round and offers changing rooms, lockers, showers, and gift shop. Hours: 7AM - 11PM Clothing mandatory. Lodging and full service spa available on-site, our hotel guests have 24-hour soaking privileges.

so I went to The Overlook, across the street from the main Springs Spa. At $14 it was a steal. The surroundings aren't as nice, but the water was great.

Lots of kids and families, even the adults-only section had tons of people. Dressing rooms were a nightmare with long lines and crowded dressing areas. Kids running around in dressing room, screaming babies... anything BUT relaxation we were hoping for.

There is a large public section with over 20 spas where children are welcome but the 5 spas reserved only for hotel guests do not allow children. Children are, of course, welcome to stay in the hotel.
