This is a nice area, with lots of trails, including one to the ruins of a castle that is quite interesting. It gets really busy on weekends, and parking is difficult.

Beautiful views, clearly marked trails, and a variety of terrains. But if you want a parking space, get there early. We hiked the Parmalee Trail from the West park entrance. Lots of shady picnic spots at the trail head too.

Mount Falcon has trails that are well-being marked, and the trails are along some beautiful scenery. The Alpine seeing is beautiful. There is no running water in the park and no visitor center, so pack plenty of water and other items.

My family and I enjoy hiking here. A number of different trails of ranging difficulty. Beautiful scenery and some interesting building ruins.

Beautiful park with miles of hiking trails, picnic tables, restrooms, parking lots, and a trail to castle ruins. Very kid-friendly and dog-friendly. On Mother's Day there were a lot of people there but it was a great experience.

The Turkey Trot Trail is bike-free, making for a relaxing hike. It is somewhat strenuous being fairly steep and rocky. A great workout. Birding is fantastic here, from the foothills birds like Scrub Jays and Meadowlarks in the trailhead area to the mountain birds like...More

Beautiful place for an easy hike. The burned out mansion at the top is pretty cool. Good for people coming up from lower elevations.
