King's Deer has had its ups and downs; in my view, it is now on the "ups". For one who can buy golf clubs but is a poor golfer, this is a challenging course and is as close to a links' course as exist in...More

KIngs Deer is one of the most gorgeous course with spectacular views. It is a very challenging course and fun to play. Make sure you get a golf cart as the transitions between Tee boxes is tuff.

My dad and brothers played it twice and enjoyed both rounds. Great greens, great layout and challenging design. I would say it took playing it twice to understand where to hit it. The first time we found some forced carries and some difficult club selections...More

Well maintained course. A challenge but lots of fun. At this altitude you get extra yards on each stroke so be aware. Love this course and plan to return.

This course is often ferociously windy - but it is quite interesting and worth a trip. Fairways are narrow and often include natural obstacles. It is often compared to a Scottish style links course. Lots of up and downhill. Very pretty - great scenery -...More

Had a good day golfing with my father-in-law. Even with the windy conditions the course played pretty well. Easy to get on and very reasonable rates. Would recommend.

One of the best public courses in the Colorado Springs area. They have spent some money in fixing up the greens. Challenging course you need to play in the morning as the wind will whip you in the afternoon

Fun and challenging course in good shape for a good price. BUT...it will take you 6 hours to complete. Absolutely no marshals and people could care less about pace of play. Course booked a junior golf tourney over existing tee times and still couldn't finish...More
