A really nice small town memorial to a great man. The museum has his boxing gloves and shoes. Tons of pictures and films showing his fights and stories. Nice lady who is informative and can answer all your questions.

It is hard to imagine that a boy from this small village coming from such poverty could rise to the title of world Champion. The curator opened early as we were cycling through town and gave us a well informed history of Jack Dempsey and...More

Filled with photos etc but, I would have liked to see this cute cabin set up as when he lived there. Was not organized great or very clean but, it's nice to see everything, was interesting! It's worth a quick stop!

This is a very nice little museum dedicated to the legendary boxer Jack Dempsey who was from there. It is just a few minutes off Hwy 285. Look for the statue of Dempsey on the right hand side. You can't miss it.
