Gorgeous views in several directions. The feeling of solitude and peace is very strong here. I would highly recommend stopping along the overlook and other places along Highway 24. An amazing place...

Don't just drive by this gem of a vista. You can view more than 15 Colorado mountains from this one pass less than an hour outside to the west of Colorado Springs on US highway 24.

Beautiful view across an expansive valley after crossing the Continental Divide. Many travelers stop here for the view. Absolutely breathtaking.

Stopped here at the visitor center and got some information. It's a good place to take photos. Here the mountains meet the plains. The aspen trees were in full color and just gorgeous.

Every yea in the early fallr we drive a 110 mile round trip to see the aspen trees atop Wilkerson Pass. The trees and view are spectacular! The rest area is finally open and the gift shop is well stocked.

You definitely need to stop at this park/rest stop and stretch your legs! They have nice trails and absolutely beautiful views...especially in the fall. The Aspen trees are stunning golden colored and when the wind picks up, those leaves just glisten! You won't be disappointed!

I visited with my 19 year old grandson (teenager?) after a trip through Fairplay ('South Park'), a trip across Horsier Pass and Breckenridge. Wilkerson Pass has a great view of both Park County and Pikes Peak.

Great place to stop and be astonished by the beauty of the Colorado Rockies. Places to sit and view, picnic benches, interesting gift shop.
