About
"Feudi di Guagnano winery" was founded by five young entrepreneurs who share a simple but ambitious plan: saving some abandoned Negroamaro vineyards by now elderly winemakers, no longer capable of cultivating the vines. That is why producing wine is, above all, an act of love for our territory, North Salento, historically one of the most important regions in Italy for viticulture.

We (8 adults) visited Feudi di Guagnano in December during a family trip to Lecce. Our host, Luca, was very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with. We went out to the fields to see the vines and tasted a wide variety of their wines in a beautiful tasting room. It was an outstanding experience which I would recommend without hesitation. The wines are very drinkable and affordable!

We have been lucky enough to discover this winery several years ago and always return. We just visited again and as usual purchased too much wine because it is impossible to resist. Aleksandra is very knowledgeable, patient, and conducts a very enjoyable wine tasting experience. Highly recommend these affordable and high quality Puglian wines.

It was pleasure to visit in this winery. Guide told history different varieties of grapes and fields, soil etc which has effect on taste. After that it was tasting and she told everything about wine, shared proposals of pairing with food, gave brochure to remember products and also after that we were able to order wines home. I was really positively surprised about quality of Salento area wines cause we cant buy those wines from our country. But dedication to product, how to keep good condition about ground and vine plus pride of your own product, you can taste it. So really thank you to open this area to me.

This is a combination of a teach and taste session( with the vineyard's wines accompanied by some lovely local meats and cheese) followed by a trip out to the vinyards themselves. Our host was really knowledgeable and clearly loved her job! Our group was a total of 6 people, so a nice number to be able to talk easily with the host and easy to ask any questions. We bought a few boxes of wine that were shipped and arrived home just over a week after we did, so a nice reminder of our trip.

The wine tasting with local specialities was very well organised. It was hosted by a ver enthousiastic Italian who speaks English fluently which was very helpfull to our party of four.
Tasting consisting 6 different wines from a 10 anni Verdeca to a Nero di Velluto 2018 (and a surprise at the end!)
Very informative en well explained and above all very tastefull.
Roba buona si dice in italiano, vero?

We had such a great time at our visit to Feudi di Guagnano. Our guide Aleksandra was very knowledgeable and made this a great experience. We have been to Napa and Sonoma and this tour at Feudi Di Guagnano far surpassed our expectations. The wines were especially very good, we really like the whites and rose’. I would highly recommend this tour.

That was great stay at Feudi Di Guagnano. Lucca from the winery was really great to introduce the wine samples, also told us a lot of information regarding history and wine production process. The tasting itself has been managed in pretty nice location (room) surrounded by the oak barrels. The wine was very interesting and tasty. I suggest to visit this winery.

I highly recommend to check this winery and taste their wine. Me and my wine are wine lovers and we were visiting the Puglia area for a short holiday. We were recommended to Feudi Di Guagnano winery by friends so decided to go for a wine tasting. We just did the simple tasting of their wine (they also have another package with food). The staff was very friendly and they know their history and wines. The wines were amazing the Primitivo and Negroamaro were the best I ever had. Their wine price is correct and very good for the quality. We have ended up leaving with 2 boxes of their Nero di Velluto :)

We visited this winery over 5 years ago and had a wonderful tasting experience. We were in the area in October and decided to stop in again to buy some wine. The owner is so kind and helpful. Even though he doesn't speak much English, we tasted a few wines we were interested in and had a few snacks to enjoy along with the wines. The wines are reasonably priced and the quality is good. We bought a case and will return again. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Had the opportunity to visit this lovely winery in June 2022. They have a fine selection of local wines in a very nice tasting area. Their hostess is quite knowledgeable about the wines and the quality is excellent. We actually sent a bottle of one of their reds to a brother-in-law as a wedding present.
