I consider myself and advanced rider but have never ridden in a winter/snow environment, which is why I booked a ride in the first place. I booked through the website which was easy -chose the 11AM ride. The horses were well cared for. The staff seemed knowledgable. With this being a winter ride I figured it would be less than... First, we had booked the sleigh ride with a full dinner. When we arrived, we were told there would be no dinner that night but that portion of our money would be refunded and we would get a stop for hot chocolate instead. The entire ride lasted much less than an hour and that counts the 20-30 minute stop for... More

This was a very pleasant sleigh ride. It was very cold as expected as it was at sunset and of course its February! But we were dressed and prepared as well as they offer blankets to help keep you warm on the ride. Our guide Chris was super sweet and made it incredibly nice. The food was delicious. We ordered... My wife was excited to do a solo trail (snow) ride during our time at Snow Mountain Ranch. The day prior the weather was perfect so she tried to sign up for the 3PM ride, to which they replied that it was a little too windy so all afternoon rides were cancelled. So, the next day it was snowing and... More

Friendly staff. Our tour guide Chris was very funny and made everyone feel comfortable.. The hot chocolate lady (sorry I forgot your name) had our hot chocolate and marshmallows hot and ready. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing evening.

This was my daughters favorite activity. We went horseback riding for an hour with a large party. It was an experience we will never forget. The horses were beautiful and well kept. Staff was super friendly especially our front guide Sarah. Will definitely be back!

Love coming here just to look at horses. Like rides too.Rides are 1+ hours along beautiful trails. Wranglers are competent and friendly. Offer steps to help get up on saddle. There are wagon rides too. Summer rides are best, but they offer winter rides too along groomed trails. Highly recommend this spot
