So beautiful. Be prepared. Bring water and snacks. Hiking poles or walking sticks are recommended. Sturdy shoes needed for rocky trail. Can get slick when wet. No restrooms at the top. There are some at the trailhead. There are sections that are pretty steep and...More

It took about 2 hours to go up and down the trail. It was a lot of uphill and stair like rocks, but totally worth the energy!

This hike is under two miles and is slightly challenging, although there were many, many with children of all ages, along with adults of all ages, so it isn't an impossible hike. Look up what the park suggests before you go if you aren't sure...More

This place is fabulous. It took us 45 minutes to an hour to hike in. The trail is steep and difficult but well worth the effort. We spent about 30 minutes at the lake soaking in the beauty of it. You definitely need good shoes...More

Drink PLENTY of water (NOT caffeine or alcohol) before you go and during your hike and TAKE YOUR TIME!!! If you get part way and don't feel good turn around and head back. As beautiful as it is, it isn't worth the risk.
