Sunlight features 67 named trails covering over 470 acres. In addition to miles of cruising intermediate terrain, Sunlight's East Ridge has one of the steeper runs in the state. Aptly named, The Heathen falls beneath your feet at a breathtaking 52 degrees. Sunlight is home to one of the longest trails in ski country, Ute, a beginner slope that winds more than 2 miles from summit to base. Sunlight also hosts some of the best tree skiing in Colorado with many aspen groves untracked days after snowfall. All trails converge at the base lodge, so friends and family can always keep track of each other

Beautiful ski runs, friendly staff, great lessons, and a fantastic lodge with a cafe that offers burgers, fries, and other great meals for skiers and snowboarders who need nourishment after a few hours on the mountain. Awesome resort.

We took our family skiing to Sunlight Mountain! It was a fabulous experience. First time for two of our teenagers to ski on a mountain. This is a great place for that. Many easy to moderate runs, it wasn’t so busy that we had to...More

Feels like home. Great spring skiing with terrain to suit every ability. Happy talkative lift operators and super friendly patrol and resort staff all over the mountain. We hope to return sometime soon! Really is so much to smile about!

Booked the 30 mile guided snowmobile tour through sunlight. The experience was incredible even though it was my first time on a snowmobile. Our guide, Bobby was knowlegeable but still let us have FUN! Definately got more than our moneys worth. Would definatley go back.

Made the 2 hour trip from Silverthorne to Sunlight to go snowmobiling this spring break and it was well worth it. Ty and Bob were great guides and are very thorough in helping you understand the sleds and what to do/not do. They allow you...More

Never skied here before -- first visit. Runs are not very long - in comparison to other Colorado resorts, but the value for the money is very hard to beat! Slopes were in good condition for March, and although it was mid-week, it was incredibly...More

I just called the resort and they said they do not allow ski bikes on the mountain while the lifts are running. If you want to ride something like that after the resort is closed, it's considered National Forest. If you have... More

Probably not at the resort. But I would imagine you could find childcare in town. Try the Rec Center or maybe a sitter service.
