Grew up around the Animas and fished here as a boy in the 70s. I can't say enough about this jewel of the Rockies, the Rainbow Trout and memories it still evokes.

Animas River my not have the widest and most dangerous white water rafting, but it is perfect for most of the family. When floating take in all of the natural beauty and listen as nature sings her sweet song to you.
