Its worth a quick pit stop even if it's not totally natural & it's just by the side of the road so easy to stop at.

Pull over and get out of the car, play in the warm water! Be sure to read the information about the Pinkerton's, it is very informative.

literally a roadside attraction. interesting to spend a few minutes at and take some pics. It is not a 'natural' spring (the mound was built up).

There are no signs to indicate this stop is coming up but it is easy to see it on the side of the road. We had to turn around. It is beautiful and the water is warm. Nowhere to swim but very cool to see.

Drove by to take some pictures and do a geocache. I bet it would look pretty in the wintertime! There were others there taking pictures as well.

This is on the side of the road and is really cool to look at. Not a "destination" but nice roadside interest.

We rode north from Durango, about 15 minutes I think. There is a place to park (right side of the road when going north). It is nice place to take a photo as the water has made neat colors on the rocks. It is worth...More

You can't miss this one. It's right off highway 550. It's fun to stop and see and get pictures. Odd place for hot springs, but there you are!

You have to watch for this, it's right on the side of the Highway 550 just north of Durango. It may not look like much as you drive by, but make it a point to stop. The water bubbling out of the top is hot,...More

I don't believe you can add a photo after your review is submitted. Rest assured, your photo will look like hundreds of others at this attraction.
