I have taken many city tours. It helps me to decide where to go next. Having spent a day downtown a few years ago I think I had a better time doing my own thing than being on this tour. I had thought about staying...More
We took the four hour tour with Gray Line...Very beautiful scenery and our lady bus driver was great...forgot her name...She gave us tips about things to do in Denver just an overall view of Denver when we were driving in and out of the city...she...More
Picked up by Union Station. Driven to mall to pay. The docent and collector of money from Union Station to mall was surly and unprofessional. Walk from bus to mall was long and anyone with ambulatory concerns would have. Problems. First time dissappointed by Greyline.
driver was 45 minutes. when he arrived - he did not apologize or acknowledge that he was late. you spend part of the time transporting to another location and consolidating with other guest. I would not recommend the tour with this vendor.
The tour guide on our trip was knowledgeable, experienced, and very nice, but the trip was not what was advertised or expected. We were told to be at Union Station at 1:15 p.m. assuming we would start the tour from here. We were also told...More
The tour guide had minimal knowledge or did not transfer it to us. The organisation was bad having to meet the coach downtown then transported out to a shopping mall. Where we got off and e changed our e tickets for paper ones. Why? Then...More
We made 3 wonderful stops on our bus trip. First was the Air Force Academy. We weren't expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful it was. The film at the visitors center was very emotional. Second stop was at the Garden of...More

I’ve been to several cities and done many tours that tell so much more about their city, buildings, and History! Maybe our tour guide was tired but would have been nice to hear more About Denver and all the wonderful things I know it has...More

I did not do the Rocky Mountain Tour.......I did the Denver Mountain Park tour (a different park! ); with Gray Line tours. Gray Line Tour is an excellent bus company, and they did send a van to pick us up from our downtown hotel, and took us to a central location, before the tour began. The "tour bus itself, seats approx. 48-50, and had central air, and was very comfortable. Although the bus did not have a restroom onboard, the bus made many "restroom stops" and made the tour very comfortable. The bus driver made it very easy for photo shots and told us well in advance would to look for and when to look for it.........great job. The bus driver, who was also our tour guide was "very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job". We did not need a refund, as our tour went on as scheduled without a hitch! I would highly recommend Gray Line Tour for any bus tour.
I would say the same thing as the previous person wrote. We went around Oct 3rd and that was the last tour for the season so I'm not sure when they restart their tours for the year. Just contact Gray Line Tours.
