Plenty of hands on exhibits, you can touch a lot of the displays. Several places to stop and view a movie or short video. It was well organized and we all enjoyed it from ages 13-85.

Saw the art and articles of colorado. Good display, very informative, mainly on the cowboy period but with some displays from the Pueblo Indian culture.

My often-snarky teen and I thought the Center would only occupy a couple hours and be geared to younger kids, but we ended up in there for a half a day and had a lot of nerdy fun. The interactive exhibits kept us entertained and...More

We were really impressed by the tech savvy presentations in this modern-day museum. Some hand-on displays, some video, and all very visually appealing.

The History Colorado Center has lots of interactive exhibits that are usually mostly for kids. That is not the case here, adults can enjoy and learn from them as well. The flow of the museum and the exhibits are very well done.

You know the drill - your perfect plan of an outdoor day thwarted by the rain. Children's museum on a rainy day = nightmare with a million people. Come here instead. When we arrived, we were the 6-10th person to be in the entire space....More

My daughter wanted to come back after coming to the museum on a school field trip, so we visited during spring break. It's a great place for kids, and they must switch exhibits often because the one she wanted to see was gone, but there...More

Four floors (actually only three as museum offices take up the third floor) of museum, but only the top floor really provides a reason to visit. The first floor's main exhibit, "Destination Colorado," is an interpretive reconstruction of a small town in the eastern part...More

Check directly with the museum. They were very helpful. We had discount tickets -we bought a package for $25 for three days - discounts and free entrances. So, we did good and saved over the $25 outlay = it may be similar... More
