My family and I like to walk near Confluence park and often see cyclists on the path. Our neighbor rides from downtown to the southeastern suburbs often. Beautiful parks, neighborhoods and a view of the mountains in the distance make the path truly lovely.

Long paved path through Denver metro area along waterways. Pick a stretch and explore on foot or bike, watch the wildlife, even find a place to eat. Nice green corridor in the urban landscape.

The path is fairly busy. Some times the bikes and pedestrians have different paths and sometimes they share a path. There are a number of homeless. It is fairly flat.

The surface is good for cycling, and you can feel like you're in a somewhat more relaxed and quiet area in the middle of the city. (More for a relaxing ride than "training.") I haven't walked it but imagine it would be good for that...More

Ok- well, Cherry Creek is not the most scenic part of the state by any stretch of the imagination, but the path is incredibly useful if you prefer getting outside at some point in the day. It was preferable to the gym. I was told...More

The path slopes upwards gradually from north to south, with an elevation gain of several hundred feet over ten miles or so as it climbs out of the Platte River Valley. Riding northwards is an easier trip than going south... More
