This walking and biking path through Denver provides access to a large area surrounding the City of Denver. One part ride along Cherry Creek, one part urban experience, and further out you go you hit wildlife preserves. It's worth making time while in Denver to experience this beautiful trail.

Fantastic! Awesome trail for riding through Denver. Road the trail twice while getting adjusted to the altitude. Went over to Lookout Mountain and climbed it. What a lung buster for someone who lives at 400'. Denver is a fantastic destination for cycling.

This is an easy, scenic city trail with many options to visit local attractions, shop, and eat. It starts at REI (if you can leave the store) and goes for about 40 miles. This trail basically follows a river and takes you from downtown Denver to the Cherry Creek reservoir and beyond. It is very easy to do in short... More

Great bike path to get around and sightsee. We only rode a small portion but one can go for many miles. Beautiful!.

Beautiful trail to ride your bike, walk your dog or just walk with friends!! It seems to go on forever!! So gorgeous in the fall with the golden Aspen colors coloring the trail. Creeks flowing freely across little bridges, and maybe even see someone painting picture!! So beautiful and worth the visit.

The Cherry Creek Trail is a neat way to explore the city. Hundreds of miles of trails in the bike trail system! You can bike from Parker Colorado all the way into downtown Denver! My favorite spot along the trail is REI, overlooking Confluence Park. A great place to grab a Starbucks and snack and soak in the view of... More

Came to Denver for 3 days and wanted to ride the cherry creek trail. We stayed downtown and it was a short bike ride to get to the trail. We rode it 2 days and really enjoyed it. Some of the trail is right down by the creek and is really nice and peaceful and some of the trail and... More

Beautiful, safe trail extending all throughout Denver. Great ride from Elitch Gardens to Cherry Creek mall, nearby parks. Very little elevation change and great two-way traffic. Use a public bike or bring your own!

While we only took advantage of the more urban part of the trail, we saw that this extends a very long way and out of the city and suburbs. Used the trail to go from the city to Cherry Creek Mall. Trails very well marked to keep bikers and runners separate to avoid collisions. Plenty of entry and exit points.... More

Rented bikes from a shop on 9th and Broadway ( great bike shop) and rode this trail on a beautiful sunny day. Great trail the provides views of the city and as you get outside the city passes shopping centers, historic sites and the prairie the beginning of the trail is relatively shady and it opens up as you move...
