This company was great to work with, they were friendly and made sure I knew how to find them, giving clear instructions on where to be and when. We left right on time and returned as planned within the timeframe (was catching a later flight so this was important). Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater was spectacular, we had plenty of... More

Red Rocks Rocks! 178 steps from the bottom of the amphitheater to the top and you burn all of 40 calories. Makes you think twice about that breakfast dessert.

Drove up the Lariat Loop from Golden, CO to visit Lookout Mountain. There are some stop-off viewpoints along the way with parking atop the mountain. Also, Buffalo Bill Cody is buried on top. Take some time to smell the mountain air, take in the scenery, and observe the historical significance of Buffalo Bill!

A great place for a panoramic view of the Denver landscape. Plenty of walking trails and great scenic areas.

Lookout Mountain Park, along with Buffalo Bill Cody's Burial location at Lookout Mountain provide great views of Denver, Golden, and surrounding areas - especially on clearer days. Many days are fairly clear, but Denver is not as visible as others. Close by city and worth trip up just to look, take photo's, and or cool off.

Our first visit to RMNP and loved it. It snowed during the night and we were limited on how far into the park we could go. It was well worth the amount of time we were allowed. It snowed during the night and roads were slick. Can't wait to return in the summer.

Lookout mountains and The Red Rocks were beautiful, easy to find and the view was very romantic. Gets dark really early so travel early in the day for better a view

Denver is in the front range of the Rockies, and any park in the mountains will give you beauty, breath taking views and exercise. Depending on when you go, you may also see a lot of people. The mountain parks attract a lot of visitors, so be prepared to share nature. If you are able to get on any trail,... More

We took a half-day tour with the Grayline. They took us to Buffalo Bills grave, Red Rocks visitor center. Nice driver who told us a lot, but not worth the money.

Denver, many, many years ago, had the wisdom to buy park land outside the city limits. It's great to have these treasures saved for us and so nearby. That being said, if you are a tourist, you might choose more dramatic and famous parks to visit. Anyway, hikes are not too far away from city dwellers who need a break.... More
