My family of 10 adults rented a 5 bedroom house in the area and had a great time! We could walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Also a very short drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. A great place to visit, can’t...More

Hi! They both have shopping options. Downtown Colorado Springs is a lot larger and you have more options. We liked Old Colorado City because it was smaller, we found great places to eat, easy parking and we found very quaint stores. Everything was along one street vs a larger city. With two children it was nice being somewhere a little bit quieter. Plus it was really close to Garden of the Gods and we went back there after dinner. I hope this helps! We had a wonderful time!
