While celebrating our 40th anniversary at the Mining Exchange Hotel we took in an afternoon movie at the theater. The 3 screen theater brings back memories of how theaters used to be, friendly, quaint, reasonably priced but yet modern amenities such a full bar. If...More

Hip, cool, eclectic, fun... all of that with a beer! Movies are seen here before they get "gentrified." Definitely not mainstream; thought provoking, poignant,... it's where the beatniks go, it's where the "New-Niks" make hip flicks hip.

This is a great place to catch an independent film that the local mega theaters usually don't show. Conveniently located downtown within walking distance of some fabulous restaurants, this is a decent place to enjoy a movie before or after dinner. The only reason for...More

Three small, intimate theaters offer art films and first run productions. The historic venue features restored decor and a wine bar. Within walking distance of everything downtown, Kimball's is a "must visit."

We love Kimballs! This funky old theatre has a nice, local vibe. With three theatres, we always have a choice...often in Theatre 3 (stairs to second floor) are the more unique, quirky films. The other two theatres, on the main level, show more mainstream movies....More

I really enjoy being able to have a glass of wine with a movie. The Peak is a great downtown theater and staple of Colorado Springs.

I grew up when movies were still magical and for the record I was born in the 60s. Perhaps, where I lived the theatres played as much of the attraction to the silver screen as the film itself, but Kimballs brings it back on a...More

Always a fun place to go and it's the last movie theatre in Downtown Colorado Springs. There are three theatres in the building and they're usually GOOD movies. AND you can take your wine or beer from the bar to your seat! Often this is...More

This older theater in Colorado Springs is a great venue. Yummy popcorn. Full bar. You can enjoy interesting films that are not always shown at the larger chain theaters in the city.
