I loved this ride and would return to Vail just to experience it again. We rode downhill for a number of miles enjoying the fall weather, the aspens, the river and the mountains. Beautiful!

Coasting through meadows, alongside a mountain stream with waterfalls, stunning views and more - what an experience! This isn't exercise, it's more relaxing than that. Take your time, stop often to enjoy the views. Pack snacks or a lunch and chill! We did this on...More

Riding up to the top of Vail Pass from Frisco is a lot of fun if you are fit and used to the altitude, but climbing up nearly 1500' is no joke. There are several shuttle companies that will bring you to the top for...More

Fantastic bike trail. Very, very scenic and a very good distance from the road (which is I-70). Sometimes you can't even see it.

I highly recommend this ride for families. My husband and I are experienced mountain bikers although don't get out too much these days. Our boys, 11 and 9, are getting good at mountain biking but lack endurance. So, this was the PERFECT ride. The ride...More

From top of Vail Pass (rest area exit) via bike path thru Copper Mountain to West Mail Street, Frisco is about 12 miles ... almost ALL downhill ... easy hour riding. Hard part is biking back up the hills.

Uber will not be cheaper, and it might not be that easy to get an Uber early in the morning. Definitely go with one of the local shops. I highly recommend Mountain Wave in Breckenridge. Outstanding staff!
